General Referral Information
Under Medicare guidelines referrals can be completed by GPs, Psychiatrists or Mental Health Nurses. An outline of information required for a valid mental health care plan can be found via the links on this page.

Alternatively, clients can book online, but are required to bring the relevant paperwork with them to their initial session.
