Session Fees
Existing Clients: Fees for existing clients will remain as per previous arrangements.
New Clients:
All session fees are payable in full on the day of your appointment. All cards accepted, including Applepay and Googlepay. Once payment is complete your rebate will be processed and available in your account typically the next business day. Please ensure your bank account is linked to your Medicare account prior to your appointment to ensure your rebate can be processed.
Full Fee
Per session rate for individuals employed full time. Medicare rebate available for individuals with a valid Mental Health Care Plan (up to 10 sessions per calendar year).
$200.00 (Gap fee $54.75)
Concession
Per session rate for individuals employed part time. Medicare rebate available for individuals with a valid Mental Health Care Plan (up to 10 sessions per calendar year).
$165.00 (Gap fee $19.75)
Note: Sessions are scheduled for 50mins in length. Failure to attend your appointment on time may result in a shorter session.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment cancellations with less than 24hrs notice will attract a $50 cancellation fee payable prior to any further appointments being made available. Waiver of this fee due to exceptional circumstances should be discussed directly with Claire.
Medicare Better Access To Mental Health Initiative
To increase accessibility to psychological services, Medicare provides a rebate to individuals with a referral and Mental Health Care Plan from a GP, Mental Health Nurse or Psychiatrist.
Individuals with a referral can access a rebate of $145.25 per session up to 10 sessions per calendar year. For more details about Mental Health Care Plans please refer to the FAQ page here.
The rebate is offered to make psychological treatment more affordable, and is not intended to cover the entire session fee. For this reason, bulk billed sessions will only be offered to individuals who receive a Government Allowance with a valid Health Care or Pension Card.
